Faccio ripartire la macchina del pane con il programma solo impasto (1h e 30 min).Dopo la lievitazione ho disposto le piccole brioche in teglia con carta forno e fatto lievitare per 4 ore . con un coppa pasta di varie misure- 5, 5,5 e 6 cm- fare dei tondini.&lt;br /&gt;Appoggiarli tutti su carta forno, pennellare col pomodoro ed aggiungere la farcitura preferita.Spolverare con il sale , filo d'olio e origano.&lt;br /&gt;Con i ritagli di pasta avanzati, formare delle palline con cui avrete degli ottimi panini da buffet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lasciar lievitare ancora un’ora abbondante /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;br /&gt;600 gr. di farina 0&lt;br /&gt;10 gr di lievito di birra fresco&lt;br /&gt;20 gr di fiocchi di patate&lt;br /&gt;30 gr di strutto (o olio evo)&lt;br /&gt;da 400/425 gr di acqua (dipende dalla farina, l'impasto deve essere morbido come il lobo dell'orecchio)&lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiaini di sale&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;br /&gt;Sciogliere il lievito e lo zucchero in 50 gr di d'acqua tiepida e lasciar riposare circa 5 mnt.&lt;br /&gt;Mescolare bene i fiocchi in circa 250 gr di acqua e aggiungere il tutto alla farina, aggiungere il lievito con l'acqua e la restante acqua; impastare a mano per circa 15 minuti, nella mdp l'impasto dura mezz'ora.&lt;br /&gt;I restanti 100 gr di acqua si aggiungono un poco alla volta, fino a che l'impasto diventa morbido ma lavorabile, come il lobo dell'orecchio.&lt;br /&gt;Ce ne potrebbero volere 100 gr ma anche di piu' o di meno, dipende dalla farina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SE SI VUOL FARE LA FOCACCIA, SCIOGLIERE I FIOCCHI NELLA STESSA QUANTITA' DI LATTE E ACQUA IN PARTI UGUALI, O ANCHE SOLO LATTE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando il lievito è ben amalgamato si aggiunge il sale.
